Certificate of Conformity of Construction Materials to the Safety Requirements
The implementation of the technical regulation ТР 2009/013/BY «Здания и сооружения, строительные материалы и изделия. Безопасность» (далее – технический регламент) adopted by the Counsil of Ministers dated 31.12.2010 №1748 on the 1st of August 2010 was a huge step towards the integration into the European regulation system.
This document was harmonised with the Regulation EU 305/2011. It adopts the requirements to constructions, design documentation, construction goods and materials that serve to protect the health, safety and heredity of citizens, goods, and environment, as well as to prevent any actions that can mislead customers (users) in relation to the purpose and safety of constructions and construction materials and goods.
The following safety requirements came into action after the adoption of the technical regulation:
- mechanical durability and reliability;
- fire safety;
- hygienic and HSE requirements;
- noise and vibration protectioj;
- operation safety;
- energy saving and heat protection.
Such an approach is similar and identical to the approach in the EU countries.
Compliance with the substantial safety measures is compulsory in the Republic of Belarus. This compliance is ensured by the certification of manufactured goods.
Certification of construction materials and goods is a procedure by means of which the independent certification body certifies in written form the compliance of the construction materials and goods with the technical requirements and procedures.
Our products were tested and passed the compliance assessment according to the substantial safety requirements from ТР 2009/013/BY “Buildings and constructions, construction materials and goods. Safety requirements”.
